This is a sample of a Pre-Mediation Presentation created for a Marine involved in a serious motor vehicle collision on the interstate. As there were two other vehicles involved in the collision, a video of the client describing the collision was taken and played back at the same time a simple scene animation was played. This allowed the parties to properly understand what the client was describing and resolve any issues of liability.<.p>
As the client was a respected and decorated Marine, it was important to focus the presentation on his years of service. This allowed for us to humanize the client and present him as he truly was, someone seriously injured in a collision who is now unable to live his dream.
I told TechnoEsq what I wanted and that is exactly what they gave me. With a few minor changes we sent this to the insurance companies about one month before the mediation. The presentation gave them an idea of what they would be seeing at trial and I believe that it was instrumental in resolving the case.
