Our presentations far exceed simple presentations and PowerPoint slides. We offer truly customized mediation presentations such as the one recently created for Robert Mattingly and David Schuler. This case was valued by the attorneys at over 1 million dollars and thus they knew they had to come to mediation with more than a simple slideshow.

After meeting with the lawyers and their clients, we decided to create a presentation which was a hybrid PowerPoint style presentation and video of the lawyers presenting their client’s claims. Using a green screen and various applications, we were able to create a unique presentation for this case at an affordable price. As attorney Robert Mattingly said after the successful mediation, “…this presentation was a vital factor in us reaching such a great result for our clients.”

We often get requests for a Google Earth Fly-In similar to that seen on CNN and FoxNews. However, we try and assist the attorney personalize every aspect of the presentation to their particular case and so we recommend inserting local video footage of an area which “pops up” into the Google Earth image.

In the case below, it was critical for the jury to understand key locations and points of reference in the neighborhood where an assault took place. To accomplish this task, we presented this video at trial to the jury so they could really get a feel for the area. Since the peacefulness of this street was important, we even included background noises captured from the area which included children playing and law mowers in the background. The jury was rather impressed saying the video was so much more helpful than just a map or pictures. Fortunately, a great verdict was returned due to some great lawyering, but we were told this helped the jury really get a sense of the feel of this neighborhood.
